Prior Mart was founded by three longtime friends:

Frank Schilling, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) knows with issues and problems with copyright evidence from personal experience. As an architect, copyright issues are part of his daily work. He is a freelance architect and co-founder of PriorMart.

CTO: Jan Vogt, Dipl.-Wirt.Inf., studied in Germany and the United States. As a consultant and as an IT manager, he dealt with the amended design and optimization of IT processes and data centers. Beneath other tasks Jan Vogt has developed IT systems for the German Savings Bank Association, library software improves in the U.S. and develops systems for processing and delivery of large amounts of data.

CEO: Peter Schilling, Dipl.-Kfm., has also studied in Germany and the USA. He gained his first business experience at the age of 18. In 2000 he co-founded with Frank Schilling and Jan Vogt, during the study period, the Internet startup iCook , that was sold to an American company in 2005. The first PriorMart software was programmed by himself.

Philosophy

Fairness. Justice. Thruth.

In sports you take the victory home if you respect the rules and run the fastest. In arts, it is not quite so simple. Still, we believe that in creative arts the principle of fairness should be top priority also. The creator of a work shall be given respect and compensation, without legal tricks. If someone copies this work, he owes something to the genuine author.

In the 21st century, arts have become a mass movement, producing many peoples daily income. Designers, advertising copywriter, architects - much more people today than years ago try to make a living from their creative work.

In this world, the imperative of fairness is not always the strongest command. But those who try to substitute the imperative of fairness by the survival of the fittest, destroy a foundation of our daily interaction and risk consequences for our society and culture.

PriorMart strengthens those on the side of fairness. We allow small teams and individuals that kind of protection, that used to be accessable only for large corporations. We help large companies as well as small companies and individuals to enforce the truth. We reduce the chances of the strong to run over the rights of the the weak. We understand this as our contribution to a strong culture based on fairness.
